Hi all,

Thanks for the replies, I will make it my mission to try and test all of these when Louis is a little more mobile.

News on the Hilton soft play: Planning permission was granted this week. Good news hey?

Hi

I definitely can recommend The Big Top in Uttoxeter - my just turned 2 year old can easily get around it (he is obsessed with the football area!) and there aren't many places where they are out of sight like some soft play areas. They are trying to move a couple of units down so that the gym area will be bigger as it has got so popular.

I think the new Hilton one is due to open early July but haven't seen any advertising so maybe it has been delayed.

Hi Trink,

I'm in contact with Jangala and they're going to post information in their section here on the forum when they're ready. I'm not pestering them though as I'm sure they have plenty to do (even though it seems there are loads of people looking forward to their opening).

Lets hope it's soon though :D
Nathan.

Hi,

I don't want to jump in here and post on Jangalas behalf but I've got a feeling they are very busy at the moment. They have said as soon as they have a date for definate they will post to let us know. I don't think we'll have too much longer to wait though :) I just hope they can fit us all in, looks like it's going to be very popular!!

I use hickory dickorys with my two children aged 2 and 4 all the time and i like it . Although if your children are pre school you shouldnt go on a weekend or in the school holidays as it will be busy . Its much cheaper in term time for the toddler sessions and you get free juice . Also with reference to not being able to see your kids in the big area in toddler sessions there is no one stopping you going in with them!

I agree and do tend to do a lot of crawling around on all 4's at various soft play centres but I also like Rory to develop confidence and independence and recently he has been asking mummy to 'leave him alone to play'!! That's when I like to be able to see him. I've never tried Hickory's just because someone who knows me well said that I wouldn't like it. I will try it one day I'm sure

My little lot would not be impressed if I went with them ;) .

I've noticed some adverts for 'Noah and Nelly's' - does anyone know if that is just Bumpi's renamed?
